Griull hinge

I have an outside grill that is made by C-Land Manufacturing. On our last camping trip it fell off the rack and broke one of the hinges on the back. Does anyone know of where I might find hardware for the grill. I could go to a hardware store and get a hinge that I can make work. But I would like to have the original hinge so that I don't have to modify anything.

I have searched the net and can not find anything.
