Find a campground that's less conducive for younger folks that draws the "party crowd". I'm sure in Oregon there are State Parks and private campgrounds that are not high-hitters or the popular places near the active go-getters places, like popular beaches, shopping malls, amusement parks, or places some segments of society like to go to just get drunk.
If you are camping for camping sake, then stay away from holiday camping too. If you find the campgrounds that are a bit more less-popular, and not so conducive to the wild crowd, you'll have a much more pleasant experience.
We quit going to specific locations for this very reason. The wild bunch just doesn't respect anything. They are there to drink and they think because they pay for a rental site for a night, it entitles them to act as stupid as they want. (and they do). Stay away from these places, or go camping in the middle of the week when things are quieter.
Also, seek out a campground that has a history with Bad A$$ enforcement of the rules. They ARE out there!
But don't give up! Just look elsewhere. There ARE still lots of great campsites in your area, I'm sure.
