Sometimes in my opinion, unless the behavior is truly egregious, sometimes it is best just to let it go, and try not to let it get to you.
I learned something about myself couple of weeks ago. We stayed at a very large KOA for over a week. We did so for the GD, as they had pools, bouncy cushions, mini golf etc. Not a place we would stay without her. But she loved it
Knew going in, we would run into obnoxious folks. We were not disappointed. Endless streams of folks cutting through our campsite, dogs getting of leash, loud late at night and on and on. Nothing horrible, but pretty uneducated, uncaring about other folks, with their attitudes
But I decided was not my job to educate them, and would be impossible anyway.
So long story short, just went with the flow, just thought to myself what a bunch of maroons.
Bottom line is, we had a much better time, by adapting that attitude, than we would have had if we were to get confrontational. Laughing off their antics rather than getting all wrapped around the axle about it, led to a much better experience for us.
