First off Kudos to you oasisbob for fostering my daughter does and it is amazing what these children have gone thru and what they appreciate as the foster parents bring new live into there lives. As far as noise is concerned in camping it is not always enforced as you know and some people are very aggressive when approached about it so caution is advised. State parks are usually always patrolled with a park ranger with far reaching power. Keep up the good fostering and good luck. What you bring to these children now will live with them the rest of there lives.
