I don't agree with majority of ideas, way of life etc. in Middle Eastern Countries but the one concept I do like is there prison system.
When convicted the gov. is responsible for confinement........the family of criminal is responsible for their food, clothing, medical etc.
Tough luck if your family doesn't provide
