Build my own antennas, don't leave home with out at least 2m.
designing a nice rugged multiband HF mobile antenna for the eventual RV. Also have a 35' fiberglass collapsible mast that fits everything I build nicely.

I monitor 146.52 on the road, and in the house.

Misc HF, VHF and UHF radios and all antennas are home-brew.

I've been full-time for Since 1999.

Currently camping at Chain o' Lakes SP (IL).

rich, N9DKO and Donna, N9DKN in west suburban chicago. we have an VHF/UHF/HF station in the MH (ICOM 706 MKIIg) as well as handhelds, CB, FRS, etc. about the only time i get to work HF is when we're in the RV...too many other things going on here at home.
