I have similar to what peeps posted, I use the Staun Deflators:
I have them set at 15 psi. Put them on the truck, enjoy a beverage. Put them on the trailer, enjoy a beverage. Now you are ready to camp on the beach!
I strongly recommend removing these and replacing with regular valve caps before hitting the sand, the last thing you need is sand in your schrader or deflator valves...I always carry spare valve caps as well in case I drop one. It's a beach phenomenon, items dropped in the sand can disappear and become unfindable in seconds.

On airing up, I use an Accu-Gage:
The E load range tires on the truck go to 80 psi in the rear and I was having trouble finding a gauge that goes past 65.
