Apparently Short Full is a modern term for an RV mattress which is really narrower and not shorter than a standard full size or aka double bed. 75 x 48 has always for many years been refered to as a 3/4 size. It is between a twin size or single which is 75 x 39 and a double or full size which is 75 x 54.
