Seen similar products on the road mostly towing 5th wheels with a receiver hitch. Liked the idea of having 2 extra tires and brakes.
Usually if you don't see a lot of a product, I begin to wonder just how good or safe it would be.
I know in the past there have been several different manufacturers with this type of product but you don't see them advertised any longer. One was called Tow Buddy. There was also a Hitch Buddy.
