Has anyone negotiated a buy back from Keystone?

Our problematic 2018 Cougar is going to be bought back by Keystone and I'm wondering what the procedure is for this. My local service rep isn't really sure on the process with a Keystone product. I...

Op back, I'm thinking they will try and give me the NADA price for my 2018. Certainly not enough to cover the same model at 2020 price? I believe we paid 32k back in 2017.

Now they will say I received two years use, of course the real use we got was more like 130 nights of camping. The unit spent more nights in the service lot !
