Has anyone received their Fastec replacement lock?

Question

Back at the end of January, Jayco sent me an "important safety recall" notice regarding the deadbolt on my trailer. I immediately completed and submitted the survey and found out my lock is one of the effected units.
Fast forward to about two months ago when I called Fastec because I hadn't heard from them or received my replacement lock. I was told they were still working through the February orders and I should wait.
This Monday I called again. The answering machine there said if the call was regarding the recall, I should leave my name, number, key number and vin, and they would get back to me because they are VERY busy. I left all the pertinent information on my message. They MUST be busy, because they've yet to return my call!
Has anyone received their replacement yet? If so, when did you complete the survey?

I think I put in for mine in December IIRC. I got it in the mail about March or April, can't recall exactly. I changed the lock out and sent the old one and the special key right back. But some people probably are slow sending them back (or never send them back!), and maybe they only have a limited number of the change-out keys. That could explain the delay somewhat.

Now I've sold that trailer and bought another, and IT needs a replacement! I just put in for it last week.

I got mine about a month after I turned it in, but don't remember when that was. Before the first of the year I'm pretty sure.

I have been waiting over seven months. When I spoke with Fastec they said they were running behind, but I would have mine within three weeks. That was about twenty-four weeks ago.

I have since purchased new lock sets and replaced the entire units.

Lock sets that actually work take a long time to get here from China....

One of ours broke in February - while in the door. We replaced it outside the recall, then filled out the survey.  We received new locks in April, about 8 weeks later.
