Has anyone received their Fastec replacement lock?
Back at the end of January, Jayco sent me an "important safety recall" notice regarding the deadbolt on my trailer. I immediately completed and submitted the survey and found out my lock is one of the effected units.
Fast forward to about two months ago when I called Fastec because I hadn't heard from them or received my replacement lock. I was told they were still working through the February orders and I should wait.
This Monday I called again. The answering machine there said if the call was regarding the recall, I should leave my name, number, key number and vin, and they would get back to me because they are VERY busy. I left all the pertinent information on my message. They MUST be busy, because they've yet to return my call!
Has anyone received their replacement yet? If so, when did you complete the survey?
