Has anything ever happened that wasn't the RV Park's fault

The one constant I have learned in my businesses. Dealing with the public sucks. It is a bitter pill to swallow knowing you did everything perfect and the customer still is not happy or even accepting of the fact not everything goes perfect. But a good customer will follow and all the sudden I forget the bad ones and remember why we/I do what we do.
