You can always tell the folks who have never had to deal with the public. They can not believe just how dumb people are.
As someone who has dealt with the public, I believe every word of it.
I am a Pharmacist. I once had a woman call to ask me if her medicine was causing a problem she was having. She read the drug insert, and it says the medicine can cause that.
I asked when she started the medicine. One day ago.
I asked how long she had the side effect. Three days.
I could NOT convince her that the medicine could not cause the side effect a full two days before she ever took it.
