Wife's Cousin did that for some time. He was retired from Post Office. Cost of tow vehicle, commercial insurance, and fuel made any profits small. I don't remember figures. Then he/they got into ferrying coaches to Dealers around the Country. They got to see Alaska and so forth on comapy's dime and made some money. Towed was a Suburu. They slept in the coaches but not on beds but on air mattresses on floor and had to stop to use bathrooms of truck stops etc. No food crumbs or anything in the coaches or the toilets of course.
