We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

When traffic is pretty thick but moving right along, I would guess that it's best for the LEO to stay out of sight. It's the guy who is out there making travel unsafe for everybody around him that should be nailed.
