Its ALOT of the ones that seem since they are in no hurry , they are going to make dam sure nobody is too !They merge onto the freeway ,work their way over the left (fast/passing) lane and park their butt at maybe the posted speed limit for miles...
Once in awhile many years ago you would actually see a CHP come on the freeway pull up behind the idiot parked (impeding traffic holding it up) in the left lane , flip their lights on, the person merges over to the right and then the CHP continues on.
Talk about instant karma saw that very same thing, only after the CHP got a little bit down the road the person pulled back into the fast lane. The cop pulled off into the center divider, the car passed and the CHP whipped back out and lit him up. As a few of us passed we were all giving the thumbs up to the CHP !
Like somebody posted its a privilege NOT a right or entitlement to have a license and be out on the road and ALOT just don't get it !
