Having problem with ramps hitting car frame
Some times like when going into gas stations the ramps on my tow dolly rub against the bottom of my car (Ford Fusion 2010) and bends the swivel plate up a inch or so, my ball hitch has about a 2 1/2" ...

Hitch height is adjusted by different ball mounts, either a drop or rise. Measure at the top of the ball.
