Option one.. Straighten it, If you can do it without breaking, Good to go,, That is nothing more than a piece of metal that is bent, all the stuff that breaks when it's bent is in the plastic bubble.
Option 2: Replace with Sensar IV head, better performance and direct replacement.
Errata: In the subject line you call that an HDTV antenna. It is simply a Television Antenna.. All TV antennas work for HDTV over the air, same as they did Analog in the old days, from the viewpoint of the antanna. All the same, nothing changed save signal strength.
Many many thousands of watts stations are now transmitting a small fraction of what they used to heat the air with.
