DRL's are a great feature but even though they have been mandatory on all vehicles sold in Canada since 1990, there still seems to be a lot of people who don't seem to know that they do not operate the tail lights. Judging by the number of people who drive at night using only their DRL's, there also seems to be quite a few people who never look at their instrument panels.
