heartburn

It seems like most of the "adult' population has some degree of heartburn. What are others doing about raising the head of the bed in their rv's?

I finally decided on a cheaper solution than buying a wedge. I was sitting in a doctor's office and they had a TV going with medical 'trivia'. I found out that Gaviscon would actually block the top opening of the stomach so all that acid couldn't work its way back up (in addition to reducing the amount of acid in the stomach). Once I found some it worked like a charm.

    Where did you find it??
  • I found this amazing way to control heartburn: Stop eating junk (in your 5th wheel.)

I guess this winter is getting to me! 4 more inches of the white stuff today and -22C/-8F for a low tonight. Dang!
  • I get it just standing up so the bed thing wouldn't work for me.
I'm stuck on Prilosec for now. Funny but when I tried to go without it my HB was worse. Maybe that's by design..
