Heated wate hose. what brand to use or not to use

Well after having the water freeze up (at hydrant) twice this week with heat tape, I have decided a heated hose will be on my Xmas list this year. I can take care of the hydrant with a trash can and a...

But just in case I use Conrad heated hose.
