- Earl_EExplorerMy AF took about an hour.
- SunnysunnyExplorerMudchucker...wow that is pretty good. I see you are from Niverville...I was born and raised in Wpg, when we got married we joked about going to Niverville for our honeymoon lol. Our trailer is under warranty but the dealership and manufacturer say there is nothing wrong with my trailer taking 5 hours or more to warm up from 0c to 20C!! They have checked it all out and say its all working just fine...in another words they cant find the problem. Just seeing if this is "normal". Our other trailers were fine with heating.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIOur 2007 34' 5th wheel with 3 slideouts takes roughly 40 minutes to reach 68*F with a 35K furnace......that includes heat going to basement area and enclosed underbelly
- SunnysunnyExplorerThanks djgarcia. My fifth wheel is taking much longer....more like minimum 5 hours! Just wanting to see what others experience is.
- MudChuckerExplorerNot long at all.
I lived a winter in spruce grove camp in class, every time I returned "home" from MB it would be -20C or so (I'd winterize when I left leaving only frozen food or food that could freeze in the fridge)...it would take about and hour from frozen solid to be able to take my jacket off and another hour before the floor was warm...bed was really cold and cozy till morning. - MarkTwainExplorer

On average how long does it take to get the interior of a fifth wheel trailer from 32f to 70f? Assuming a 2016 model with a 30,000 btu furnace. Any experience you've had and would like to share would be appreciated. Just trying to figure out what a reasonable amount of time is to get the unit to a comfortable temperature.
My 2012 Heartland 5th. wheel takes approx. 30min. to reach 70deg.
