:( How I can relate; Will never forget the morning of March 30th 2012. Awoke at 4:20 for nature call and had not drank alcohol for 24 yrs; but felt woozy and off balance. I shrugged it off as being tired;Laid back in the bed and the shoulders started to hurt; then felt like my chest was caving in. Got up went to the kitchen got some water; lit up my last smoke. I took two puffs put it out as i lacked breath. I was in denial and put it off as strained muscles; two hours and tingling in my arms. Yep! Got my but to the ER! I had the first of two stents in by 8:45 am. Then one more and an angioplasty to open a smaller vessel. I had suffered a severe heart attack. This July I was diagnosed with CAD; CHF; Ischemia; no wall motion from the mid-frontal area to the bottom of my heart. Live on more medications now and can't work.
Don't put off the warning signs of a HA and learn the signs if you don't know them. The life you save may be your own!
