If the policy is the same one I bought from them when I bought my 5er there, Americas Choice is ONLY the seller of the policy. They do NOT operate, administer, or speak for the warranty/insurance company.
One thing the manager told me during the sale process was that it IS an insurance policy. He emphasized how much insurance is regulated in Fla. Maybe that is your route...contact the state insurance commission.
