Open the fridge door and look at the part of the locking latch you press to open the door. Insert the tab of piece into the hollow part of the latch as follows:
Use the second one on the freezer door in the same manner. Holds the door open just enough to allow the air to circulate and prevent mold growth when the fridge is turned off.
