Help identifying a part

Can someone tell me what these two parts are for? I think it is for the frig. Maybe to keep the doors open when in storage? If so, I don't have a clue how it works. Can anyone help me?

  • I was way off. I thought those were stencils for spray painting "I U" on the side of your RV if you're an Indiana University grad. :)
  • You're correct... if I remember correctly the manual shows how to use them.

    Ding*ding*ding we have a winner!

Open the fridge door and look at the part of the locking latch you press to open the door. Insert the tab of piece into the hollow part of the latch as follows:

Use the second one on the freezer door in the same manner. Holds the door open just enough to allow the air to circulate and prevent mold growth when the fridge is turned off.
  • Funny you posted this, I was wondering the same thing a few weeks ago when I found them in a drawer....Hope we get an answer!
