Help! My bed is stuck in the open position.

OK reread....thought you had a bedroom slide stuck open :S

Just push down hard on the bed.
Those gas struts can be very difficult to start closing when fully open

sounds like a bad strut .... they are pretty easy to remove but be careful and don't allow the bed to fall on you

Slide out relay/fuse bad
Bad switch....loose connections
Obstacle blocking slide out
