HELP!!! Trip planning
Hello I would like to plan a trip from Pittsburgh to the Grand Canyon with my family. 10-14 days. Has anyone made this trip or can offer suggestions for routes, stopovers,things to see along the way...

For some New England suggestions:Gloucester, MA for a whale watch, and the little tourist town of Rockport, MA. You can also run up RT. 1 in Maine. Lots of little towns, lighthouses, etc as you make your way to Acadia NP. Be sure to get some lobster at one of the lobster pounds. We like Trention Lobster Pound just before Acadia.
New Hampshire has North Conway Railroad and Mt. Washington which you can either climb by car or cog railway.
I am sure others can give you some more ideas inland. Most of our New England trips have been along the coast.
