Ford's Max Trailer Towing Package has various GVWRs, 7700 pounds for crew cab 4WD 6.5' bed configurations. Ford's Heavy Duty Payload Package includes the max trailer towing package equipment, plus more and a GVWR of 8200 pounds. Ford does not offer any package called heavy tow. The tow ratings are the same for Max trailer towing package and HD payload packages.
Shipping weight does not include a full tank of fuel. Tire and Loading sticker includes a full tank of fuel but not driver or passengers.
Limit the weight of passengers (and driver), cargo, and trailer tongue weight to this sticker's weight and you should be pleased with how the truck handles.
