Have you had a chance to use Eternabond tape?
I was pretty hesitant to believe the claims about Eternabond but when I was having trouble sealing my roof from the last couple of very small leaks, I tried it. To date, I haven't had any leaking in those areas that were taped. It hasn't aged or loosened and can't surface crack so doesn't need any refreshing like Dicor or other sealants in a tube.
No, But it is a tape and on a flat surface yes, I would agree with you.
That said you are now sealing over screw heads, and four corner seams. I know that the tape is highly regarded, but for screw heads and not flat surfaces I would rather use the self leveling Dicor.
