On my way home from a JSU game tonight, around 9:00, on I20 W just before the Eastaboga exit a tan Sierra 1500 pulling a 26' or so bumper pull passed me doing well over 70. Mind you it's raining so hard we are doing 60 with the windshield wipers full speed trying to see. Once he passed I noticed he had zero lights on his trailer working.So, if this was you, please slow down its not worth killing yourself or someone else trying to get to your destination. YIKES!!! That is a wreck just waiting to happen. Happens all too often.

Zero lights also probably equals zero brakes... in the rain, nonetheless.

Idiot probably has his whole family (Wife and Kids) in there with him too.

At least it wasn't snowing. They'd probably gone even faster. Just stay out of their way. It's the norm these days.

Going 70 just shows he slowed down to be safe here in West TX. with the speed limit set at 80 on many roads.

Nope, no internet either. If I could make it six months I would, maybe when I retire. But for now I still have to make a living. I'll make sure I update you when I get back though. :)

He was just trying to be safe.

With no lights on the trailer and poor visibility he had to drive way faster than everyone else to make sure he didn't get rear ended........

Come to think of it, this thread would probably offend the kind of driver who likes to go 80+ MPH while towing a trailer in a downpour. I just hope those drivers don't take out anyone else when their luck finally runs out.

Seems harsh. Maybe some other dangerous drivers read here, they decide to drive a little more safely, and someone's family doesn't get killed (maybe yours). But you're right. Computer memory is so expensive today this was a horrible waste of it.
