Point is he was going to fast for the conditions and could have caused a major accident.
Seems harsh. Maybe some other dangerous drivers read here, they decide to drive a little more safely, and someone's family doesn't get killed (maybe yours). But you're right. Computer memory is so expensive today this was a horrible waste of it.
