My unexpected expense was a little different. I have always done all of my own repairs and service. Had to have back surgery last year and now there are a lot of things I can no longer do and have to pay someone else to do it. Good example is waxing the MH. I used to take my time and do it over a 2 or 3 day period. I can't find anyone to do it for less than $300. Even washing the thing is now a major chore. I need to do some work on the roof but cannot now because of my back. Got a couple of estimates, the lowest was $1,000.00. Ouch
