When you search the answer on GOOGLE you get different answers on who has the right away. I thought this one was interesting...

I know I like to slow sometimes to let the guy make the merge but everytime I do this the merging vehicle also slows so there we are in another situation... Its almost a NO-WIN situation.
I also usually fall back to biggest vehicle has the right-away haha...
Common sense tells me that.... Big trucks win everytime...
