- dedmistonModeratorWe haven't heard back from the OP in a week. Hopefully she's made it home by now.
I'm closing this for the time being. We can always reopen it if she returns. - Edd505ExplorerWho is the RV insured through? Many policy's have coverage for this scenario, that was why I carry Coach Net, wife can drive the truck but cannot pull the 5W.
- Finally_TimeExplorerI used Showroom Transport to deliver a new-to me motorhome I purchased from a private party. The driver flew into a nearby airport and drove the motorhome to my residence 1,500 miles away. He updated his progress via text. The company was insured, bonded. Fuel and transport plates were included in the fee.
- LadyRVerExplorer IITry Horizon Transport, think Elkhart, IN
- Flute_ManExplorerI have a friend who has a CDL and drives motorhomes for other people.
He lives in the Tucson Arizona area and I will give you his name and number if you’re interested. - Two_HandsExplorerFMCA has that service. But you must be a member.
- valhalla360NavigatorCheck with nearby RV dealers. You might be able to connect with one of their delivery guys who is licensed and insured.
You will probably have to pay for his return flight.
Also, will you be riding along? That can mess with a commercial drivers license if they aren't rated for passengers. - YC_1NomadDo you have a tow service like Coach Net or Good Sams? Give them a call.
Call any local RV dealership and they should be able to help. - dedmistonModeratorOh no. Sorry to hear that.
Where are you going from and to?
