Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier for TOW

I am investigating adding a hitch mounted cargo carrier for my tow vehicle. I want one that swings away from the back door that lifts (2008 Saturn Vue).

I have a favorable impression of the "StowAway 2" system ( http://www.stowaway2.com/hitch-carriers-swinging.aspx ) and wondered if anyone has installed one of these or has any other recommendations based upon their experience.
