Hitch question?

I have a EZ lift elite hitch setup, it has an adjustment to tilt the Ball. when I look at the Ball it does not sit level it leans down towards the trailer slightly.

It was installed when I bought the 23ft Keystone last fall. They set it up for me, we have taken four trips with no issue and there is no sign of movement on the hitch.

All my instinct's say this thing should be level but its not even on my work bench? Just got it back from some minor warranty issues and noticed it for some reason and I don't really want to go back.

Any thoughts thanks.

The hitch head needs tilt the way it is now. The hitch head angle aids the WD hitch spring bars transfer weight forward to the front axle.

It should not be level.

Blue Ox has went so far as to build this angle into their hitch heads without adjustability.

IMHO, leave it be unless you are having problems.

Mine tilts backwards too.  This allows the bars to be level when the hitch is tightened up and the weight is properly distributed.

It sounds like it's set up properly. If it was level it would not work at all as a WDH.

That is how the preload is set for the equalizing bars.
