We've been behind a couple or few that had septic dibbling or a slow steady drain going down the road. Assumed it was a leak.
Tried pulling along side honking horn and gesturing but he wouldn't acknowledge us. I know he knew we were trying to get his attention.
We saw one or two or maybe the same one, semi going down the road and brown something draining out two 2 1/2 inc black hoses attached to the rear bumper or whatever the big frame of steel is called. Called the THP one time but saw thee same or a similar rig doing the same thing later in Georgia on I75 South. That's been a while.
