It looks like to me that Honda is saying if you break down it is best to get a roll back flat bed to haul it, because there is no good place for a wrecker to hook on. I didn't read where it can't be flat towed! Look at FMCA web site to see if it is tow-able!
Modern wreckers use a wheel lift, they don't hook to the frame or bumper. The reason for having to use a flatbed is due to the AWD system. FWD can be towed with a wheel lift wrecker, and also a tow dolly.
There should be a section in the owners manual about "recreational towing", separate from "emergency towing".
