My memory is foggy on this, but I think you used to be able to. At least that was with Ridgelines IIRC... Then they changed their minds because folks didn't follow instructions to prevent driveline damage. I think all you had to do was start it up and cycle through all the gear settings every 8 hours or so.
I don't think I've ever seen one behind a MH though. Might want to ask in the toad section.
