Hook up a hose or fill fresh water tank in cold weather ?

Here lately in cold weather I find myself just putting water in my fresh water tank at campgrounds and pumping from the tank that is heated in the bay instead of putting a hose out, to me this serves ...

I prefer to use water from the tank when it is cold. Most rigs have the FW tank inside, so it stays warm if the furnace is on. Then, if it gets near empty, attach a hose and fill it up. That, or just winterize with compressed air, and a couple jugs of cheap vodka.
