Hopkins Agility electric brake controller problem

Ok, I have the electric brake controller set up as recommended by the manufacturer. Brakes on fiver are adjusted and all work properly. Controller is set to max sensitivity. Takes a pretty heavy foot ...

Sorry, I didn't realize they updated that model to a solid state version. Please disregard my earlier comment.
