Even if you had no sway control, ideally you would have no sway except in some kind of emergency manuever. So the problem isn't the Husky. I suspect the problem is way too light of tongue weight. And if the ball is actually 3" high that tilts even more weight to the back of the trailer. Get that ball lowered and get some weight on the hitch.
