How level is your trailer when hooked up? Park on a level smooth area and measure from a straight body line front to rear on the Trl and see how level it is. Ideally the closer to level the better. Also measure the height of the trucks fenders above the tire to ensure that you are distributing weight to the front axle of the truck instead of taking weight off it. If the front fender is higher when hooked to the trl, and the trl is NOT level then you're hitch IS way out of adjustment. Just because the dealer set it up does not mean it right. Go on line to the MFRGS. web site and read their set-up instructions and readjust your hitch first, then retry driving with it.
