Hot water conundrum.
I am having a hard time figuring this one out. The kitchen and bathroom sinks each get full hot water like normal. The shower will give a trickle when turned all the way to hot, but just a trick...

New showers (the single handle types) have a temperature gage built in them to prevent someone getting burned with hot water. You can adjust the -- do a Google on how.
Does the cold water flow normal?
Turn of the water heater and let the water cool (or run all the hot water out) and see if the shower work with cold (hot water)
