A properly installed home refer will come with extra batteries and a inverter. Your seven lug plug has one for 12V so running the refer on the inverter/batteries and 12V from the truck will work fine as you are only talking 8 amps when it's running. Since it only takes a few hours to get a home refer cold, your four batteries will be more than enough to turn it on 6 hours before filling it up.
