Newbys and not clued in on noise affects others who RV for peace an quiet.
I have wondered for years who they don't r can't put quieter exhaust on these generators or someone offer after market exhaust. That's only part of it but a strong polymer lined with sound adsorbing material yet vented for air is not rocket science and would add ten dollars to the price??? Of course they price according to features not cost/profit which would be lower. I don't see over two thousand dollars each for small Hondas etc which still would not run two ac's.
Onan needs to offer a kit to install in a front compartment of rvs, like many use to offer. Our Onan is louder than i like in our Mh but don't know if they offer a quieter exhaust after market.
