Are you sure about that? Oregon used to give a 5 cent/gal tax credit for B99 or B50 a few years ago. I don't remember anything about not paying the normal fuel taxes.
Now that I've moved to North Dakota, there are very few places that offer biodiesel. One place in Jamestown lets you select B99, B50 or B5.
