I guess it would depend on how much money one has.
There is a reason Sam Walton, Jim Sinegal and Eric Smidt was or is very successful. There is a reason their companies are growing and others like Wards have failed.
If you give someone a product that is as good or better than your competitor you will be successful. This can be perceived or actual.
It's like this for "me." I have a friend that always say's she is out of money. She goes to Starbucks every morning and gets something in a cardboard cup. Cost her something like $5 bucks or so?
Most would say, "it's only $5 bucks, what's the big deal?" "I" say that is $25 bucks a week and a $100 bucks a month or $1,200 bucks a year.
You see, $5 bucks is not much to most people including myself. But $1,200 is a lot of money to me.
Same way with camping. I could stay in a $50 a night place or a $30 buck a night place. For 3 weeks that's 420 bucks that I can save and it might be the difference between going on vacation and not.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, even saving just a few bucks here and there can add up to big bucks for "me."
