There is but the thinking process is the same for most people. If I can buy something a little cheaper whether near my house or on the road that's the choice I'm going to make. On the road if it's a matter of extra time and inconvenience to save a little bit I probably will choose the more expensive option. Having things like the Gas Buddy app makes it a lot easier to choose the cheaper option than it was not too many years ago.
